Professional Experience

Lee Kuan Wing graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool in 2016. He did his pupillage at Azman, Davidson & Co and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2020.

Thereafter, he joined Azman, Davidson & Co as a legal associate in 2020 and left the firm in 2021 to join HL Wong, Soh & Co.

LLB (Hons) (Liverpool) (2016) Certificate in Legal Practice (2018) Advocate & Solicitor, High Court of Malaya (2020)

Career Highlights

Acted as Junior Counsel in matters involving construction litigation and adjudication claims. Acted as Junior Counsel in an application to enforce construction adjudication decision at the High Court of Malaya. Assisted in arbitration involving construction disputes. Assisted in a Federal Court matter relating to disputes arising out of a tenancy agreement. Involved in civil litigation matters in relation to land disputes, contracts and insolvency.

We specialise in civil and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
