Construction Disputes

We have a wealth of experience in providing legal advice to employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants in the construction industry as well as providing them with legal representation in arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation proceedings.

These proceedings range from straightforward claims for payment of certified sums to complex and technical claims involving design, defect, delay and determination of contracts. We have been involved in international and domestic construction arbitration disputes involving more than RM1 billion.

The partners of our firm are also arbitrators and adjudicators empanelled with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM).
